Sold Qty is showing a downtrend

Below, you can see the North Kona Median Price and Sold Qty changes, month to month, for the last two years. The Red line is the Median Price, and the Blue line is the Sold Qty. In Aug, compared to last year’s trend, the Sold Qty indicates a downtrend for both Residential and Condo.

Here’s a look at the September 2025 data compared to September 2024 and YTD results. We have observed a downtrend in median price over the past two months, which has affected the YTD numbers, resulting in a downward trend there as well. However, the Sold Qty improved in September.

North Kona Median Prices Increase for Both the Residential and Condo Markets

There has been a drastic price increase since 2019. The Residential median price has almost doubled, and Condo prices have increased by 66% since 2019.
