Residential Median Prices Have Decreased;
The Condo Market Has Dropped Significantly

 
Below, you can see the North Kona Median Price and Sold Qty changes, month by month for the last 2 years The Red line is the Median Price, and the Blue line is the Sold Qty. Overall, in the last two months, median prices have dropped for both Residential and Condos. The sold Qty of Condos has dropped significantly.

Here’s a look at the June results and 1st Qtr for North Kona Residential and North Kona Condos. Residential has managed to maintain its median prices and the Sold qty has increased. Condo Prices are uptrending, yet the Sold Qty shows a downtrend.
