Sold Qty showing a downtrend

Below, you can see the North Kona Median Price and Sold Qty changes, month to month, for the last two years. The Red line is the Median Price, and the Blue line is the Sold Qty. In May, compared to last year’s trend, Sold Qty indicates a downtrend for both Residential and Condo.

Here’s a look at the June 2025 data compared to June 2024 and 1st Half results. According to statistical data, the median price has continued to increase.  The Sold Qty of both Residential and Condo properties have dropped compared to June 2024 and 1st half of the year.

North Kona Median Price Increase for the Residential and Condo Markets

There has been a drastic price increase since 2019. The Residential median price has almost doubled, and Condo prices have increased by 66% since 2019.
