Residential Market Continues to be Strong

Statistically the Residential Market maintains both Median Price and Sold Qty while the Condo Market is showing some downtrends.

Here’s a look at the February 2025 data compared to February 2024 and the YTD result. The median price has continued to increase, according to statistical data. Since this figure is calculated based on properties that have already been sold, it indicates that a greater number of high-priced homes are being purchased compared to more affordable ones.

North Kona Median Price Increases in the Residential and Condo Markets

There has been a drastic price increase since 2019. The Residential median price has almost doubled, and Condo prices have increased by 66% since 2019.
