In April, Residential Median Prices Dropped
and the Condo Market Improved Significantly

 
Below, you can see the North Kona Median Price and Sold Qty changes, month by month for the last 2 years, from Apr 2022 ~ Apr 2024.. The Red line is the Median Price, and the Blue line is the Sold Qty. Overall, in the last two years, median prices have remained stable due to continued low inventory.
