There were Great Results in July
Both the Median Price and Sold Qty increased

 
Below, you can see the North Kona Median Price and Sold Qty changes, month by month for the last 2 years. The Red line is the Median Price, and the Blue line is the Sold Qty. Overall, in the last four months, median prices have dropped for both Residential and Condos, in July they both had great result in Median Price and Sold Qty.

Here’s a look at the July results and YTD for the North Kona Residential and North Kona Condos. There were great results in July with the Residential Median Price peaking and an increase in the Sold Qty. The Condo Market also had great results in July.

North Kona Median Price Increases in the Residential and Condo Markets
There has been a drastic price increase since 2019. The Residential median price has almost doubled, and Condo prices have increased by 66% since 2019.
