The Price maintains, while SOLD Qty shows downtrend

 Below, you can see the North Kona Median Price and Sold Qty changes, month by month, from Oct. 2021 ~ Oct. 2023. The Red line is the Median Price, and the Blue line is the Sold Qty. Overall, in the last 2 years, the median prices have shown an uptrend and the Sold Qty a down trend.
